4 - Add your customer tenants as companies

Now that you have a delegated admin account saved, you can easily add your customers.

  1. Click on the Company tab
  2. Click the + to add the customer
    1. If you would like to add multiple customers at a time, click on +Bulk Add Company to link all your tenants up at the same time. - Details on Bulk Add Companies here
      1. Match up your Office 365 Tenant to the Company in Connectwise and click save. Then go to the “Connect licenses to billing profile” step
  3. In Company Details, Select your PSA (if you have more than 1 added)
    1. Select the company in the PSA that you would like to connect the Microsoft Tenant to.
  4. Select your Delegated Admin/Partner center account (if you have more than 1 added).
    1. Select the customer tenant from the list that you would like to connect to this PSA Company
      1. NOTE: Already added tenants will be hidden from the list by default, if you would like to add the same tenant to multiple tenants, toggle the "Show already added tenants" switch on the right side
    2. Save the customer

Repeat this process for each customer you would like to add into Sync 365
