You can update your credit card details and add a new card by logging into the billing portal.
You can find a link to the portal from our main site https://www.sync365license.com by going to sync 365 app login > Billing portal
or by going directly to https://account.sync365license.com/index.php?rp=/login
Log in and Add Card
- Log in with an account that has access to your billing portal
- Click on Biling > Payment Methods
- Add a new payment method
- Enter in the card details and submit it
- Click "Set as default" on the new card you have added to make it the primary card
